What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard overnight stay check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Times may vary depending on the plan.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free self-parking is available for 47 cars on 1F-3F. It can be used from 9:00 on the check-in day to 15:00 on the check-out day. Height limit is 2.1m.
Do you have a room with a private pool?
Yes. Room 810 Pool Suite has a private pool, two bedrooms, and dining space.
Is room service available?
Yes. Full menu is available from 9:00 to 25:00, late-night menu from 25:00 to 6:00, and breakfast delivery from 6:00 to 10:00 with reservation by 3:00.
What is the nearest station?
The nearest station is Sanno Station on the Meitetsu Nagoya Line, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is one stop from Nagoya Station and one stop from Kanayama Station.
Are all rooms non-smoking?
All rooms are non-smoking. E-cigarettes may be used in rooms. Please use the 1F smoking area for cigarettes.
